At Alki Party Treasures, we are dedicated to providing top quality products to our customers. We will gladly accept returns on products that are unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of receipt.
All merchandise must be intact for a full refund, minus shipping & handling.
Prior to returning any item, you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.)
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please call our Customer Care team at 855-263-3892 or email@example.com. We will need your order number to look up your purchase and provide your RMA.
Items can be returned within 14 days of shipment, with a restocking fee of 20%.
Once you have received your RMA number from our Customer Care Team, you will also receive instructions on shipping the item. Your package must list the RMA Number on the package. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package, along with your name, address and telephone number (we cannot process your return without a valid phone number). We recommend using an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
Please take care when shipping items back to us. We cannot issue refunds if the merchandise arrives back to us in a condition that is not considered new and cannot be resold.
Please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. You are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.
